The SPMT (the School Planning & the Management Team) consists of a group of parents, administrators, teachers, support staff, and members of the community. Each person is elected by its equals and serves a term of two-year. This group meets monthly to plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of many aspects of the school's operation.

The meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of every month and they are open to the public. If you desire to address a matter with SPMT, contact a representative. If you desire to speak with SPMT, contacts the chairperson 1 week in advance to be added to the order of business. All speakers are limited to 3 minutes.
